days' requirements were recorded, total coal stocks increased only slightly
to 3,6 days' requirements on 22 March. 25X1
Since herd coal imports from Poland decreased, an improvement of the critical
coal situation is not to be expected. 25X1

percent on 16 March compared to 26 percent reported previously.
