At a manager conference of the XVP Projects Office2in Berlin on 21 February 1955, it was mentioned that a new installation was to be built near Dresden in the direction of Pirna. The popu'i=..ioi1 called this area "Rohe Bonne" (high sun). The object was nlso called HV 18 and was to become the latest and largest experimental institute for aircraft.'
