are keyed to the sketch by letter as follows:

d. Haik'ou Naval Headquarters. Two-story building with a flag and a signal
station in the cupola.

directly south of the main pier as shown at letter f on Attachment A. The
warehouses to the east and the west of Haik'ou Naval Headquarters were constructed
of wooden planks and were not permanent structures.
