Since the occupation of Rumanian the-Soviets have inaugurated a policy of denationalization of the Dobrogea, which they ,consider particularly interesting from a military standpoint. The Soviets have brought about a series of rulings aimed at the exclusion of the Rumanian population from all local activities in order to compel them to leave the area. Included in these rulings area a.
