At 1120 and 1130, one Po-2 took off and departed toward the east. The landing of theca aircraft was no observed. There was a 1/10 25X1 overcast. Wt the airfield. 125X1 9 Larch. At 1420 and 1645, an element of 2 Il-10s took off an;:. crossed over the field at aneltitude of 1,000 meters. The weather was favorable. The elements flew 3 circles over the field. 11 March. At 0915, 3 individual Il-10s made 3 or 4 local fili-hts at an altitude of 1,500 meters. The weather was fair in the beginning and became dull 'later on: At 0945, one Po-2 took off heading east. Eight !I-lCs were parked on25X1 northern edge of the landing field. They flea individually at first and after 1?15 in formations of 4~ 12 March. From 1020 to. 1430, there was air activity by 3h T1-10s which took off individually and in elements of two and practiced flyi:i; infformation of up to 12 aircraft. There were no clouds. 14 Larch. At 1340, 3 Il-10s alternately made local flight, There vae a `10/10 overcast at an altitude of 3,000 meters and visibility of 44 km. Large water pools were seen on the landing field. 16 warch. Between?0930 and 1500, there was air activity by 6 I1-10s-:^nich made flights in formations' of four while e'an,.;in=; the formation and local flij:hts at an altitude of 80" meters. There was ra4-n and an overcast sky. 17 March. At 1210, a Po-2 took off during li ht snowfall. It 1215, an element of two Il-10s took off heading east. Their landings were not observed? 19 March. At 093C, 9 Il-10s headed in formation to the southeast and disappeared from view. There was a 7/1fl overcast at an al.ti t-4- of 7,CC0 of 1,000 meters. Each squadron wedge consisted of 3 f'li ht.s, Truck by 12 and 11 Il-10s which flew in squadron wedge foination at, an alt:.t de t'arch. Between 1030 and 1410, there as intensive air ac: ivi_ty. On 11 and 12 March, formation flying, was practiced by Il-10s?. At 1020 on 12 Larch, 33 I1-10s took off, assembled in a formation and headed southcast. They returned to the field and landed at 1130. At about 1700, fo;mation flying by 6 to 9 11-10s was practiced for 40 to 50 minutes duration in a south., easterly,, direction. ig Ma.rch~ A formation of 36 11-10s was observed. Throughout the day formations of 12 I1-iOs repeatedly headed southeast and returned after 1 hour. 23 March. A.total of 38 11-10s were observed at the field, Comment.
