Aircraft Count: (900 hours on 12 March) 11 IL-28 on the northern part of the runway; 4 IL-28 on the southern part of the runway; 1 PO-2 near the administration building; 2 IL-10's. Some of the revetments were undoubtedly occupied by additional aircraft. 2. Air A.tivities: Due to bad weather and low visibility, no flying took place on 7 March. On the preceding day take-off and landing exercises and local flights of about eight nutes' duration were conducted by seven IL-28's. Flights lasting 55 to 70 minutes were carried out through- out the night of 8 March. Some of the IL-28's were equipped with wing tanks.
