1, During a conference held in the Prosecutor General's office on 10 March
19559 Henryk Podlaski, the assistant prosecutor general, was criticised
for the guidance that he had given to prosecutors and UB (Security Polio.)
investigators. He was immediately dismissed from his poste Podlaskits
duties have been, divided between two men, one of whom is Kosterko (fnu).

2. Koaterko was formerly head of the cadre division of the Prosecutor Qenerg1ls Office.
a post now occupied by Prosecutor Yasewios (fau). Yasesios was.a district?
prosecutor in Olsztyn and later served as department head in the central
office.
3, Mady (fnu), director of the control office of the Special Commission, was
appointed as assistant to Prosecutor Yarkowios in the third section of
Department III of the Proeeoiktor Ge'neral's Office.
4. Prosecutor Majster, who is the deputy of Dspar flint I, was assigned to the
Krakow Districtl for two months to assist in the reorganization of old
prosecution files,
The districtl military prosecutor in Gdansk (Danzig), Urbaniak (fnu), spends
";,two days a week in Warsaw in order to check the files in the chief military
;proseoutor1s office.
