RD 1. two members of the NKA military police were stationed 25X1 at the railroad station ?t Namyang (N 42-58, E 129-51) (EG6955); no other troops were in the immediate area. An artillery unit of approximately 200 men was living in grass-roofed houses at EB50PO45 near Chuuronjang (N 41-35) 25X1 A 129-36) (EB5003) 2. Many NKA construction troops were working in FP'yongyang (N 39-01, E 125-45) (YD3822) on the new Ministry of Defense building. When completed, the. building was to have three stories underground and five stories above gro md,l Jet and propeller-driven aircraft were flying both day--and.xight over Pyongyang. 3. Also in P'yongyang were CCF construction troops engaged in repairing a bridge near YD 390221. About 10 canvas or straw-covered stockpiles of supplies, each_ about 30 feet long and 30 feet wide, were near the railroad stations in Sunch'on (N 39-25, E 1-56) (YD5267), Sop'o (N 39-05, E 125-44) (YD3629), and Sainjang (N 39-15) E 12--52); CCF tents were erected near the supplies in Sop'o and Sainjang. stations 0 v lout uva+-uy \'. -r -?- I s - --- , - , - - . : , a - E 128-18) (DV4053). Approximately 20 NKA soldiers were near OnJong-nyon (N 38-43, E 128-06) (DT2285), marching toward Kumgangwon-ni (N 38-39, E 128-00) (DT130775).
