RD REFERENCES This is UNEVALUATED Information It is being rumored in Belgrade that maximum security precautions are to be taken for the Soviet-Yugoslav meeting and that much of the town will be blocked off. Small groups of high ranking offi- cers are attending evening meetings apparently in preparati,)n for the event. Certain high ranking Yugoslav officials have stated that they are *irery busy attending required briefings. It is hinted that these meetings pertain to security.
