relations with the West,
2, Hungarian citizens who can arrange business deals in the West have no
difficulties obtaining travel permits and Hungarians living abroad have been
promised that their relatives will be given emigration passports if they
succeed in securing a market for Hungarian goods,
3. In the last quarter of 19549 1,350 emigration passports have been issued,
