Its assigneient is to bring the Soviet forces to operatimall readinsess.
The heads of this Council areiMarsbalt Shmkov,0 Sokolovskiy, and 25X1
Moskalenko. The for r Soviet Milit wy Attache in Prague, Ge m
Nikolay I. Gusev, is Secretary General of the Council.
First Deputy Prise Minister Mikhail G. Piervukkia has been put in charge
of nuclear develapsent under the eovr-r of supervising the electric
pr industry. The new Technical CO t1 is subordinate to bft 1n
matters relating to nuclear weapons. IR is considered to be an able
technician.

the other satellite countries.
