1, Soviet troops have recently been used to assist KVP personnel in travel
control measures on the long-distance and suburban trains leading into
Berlin from the north.
2. On 15 April, in Schoenfliess, the Soviet troops were in field-green
uniform. In Bernau, on 15 and 16 April, the KVP inspection teams were
accompanied on the train by soldiers in field-green, but the second check
in the suburban train was made by regular border troops with blue pants
and caps with red piping.
