5. According to a coal delivery contract reached with Poland in early April
1955, the Poles are to deliver to the GDR Railroad Administration a total
of 50,000 tons of coal sludge. The coal was to be delivered at a daily
rate of 800 to 1,000 tons and was to be consumed exclusively in RBDs Cottbus
and Magdeburg. 4
