2.a',-TA`he commission which had been appointed at the previous meeting submitted
a plan 'which was accepted by those present. According to this plan, the
central enterprise will be in Berlin3y with three other enterprises in the
Soviet Zone subordinate to it. Of the seven enterprises now operating in
the Soviet Zone, four are to be discontinued; the work of these four is to
be divided among the remaining four (3 in the Zone And 'l in Berlin) enter-
prises.
3. The reorganization will not take place until 31 December 1955, not in midi
1955 as was originally planned. The plans for reorganization are to be
submitted to the Council of Ministers by 1 September 1955, and then are
to be carried out.step by step by 31 December 1955?
The Berlin central enterprise is to take on a number of new projects in
connection wait. this reorganization and. allegedly will be provided with its
