THIS IS UNEIAII ..UATED INFORMATION 1. On 23 June 1955s the Pras idium of the Ea--t- Cerra.. Council of Ministers issued a decree calling for the reconstruction of the Koabinat Schwarze Pumps as apart of the program for developing the lignite industry. The decree, based on a suggestion of the MiL .istry for Heavy Industry, designated the project as one of the decisive tasks of the Second Five Year Plan. The labor productivity achieved to date in the Kom na was to be about tripled, according to the decree.
