1. Three engineering battalions of the Rumanian array are Located as followsR
a. One battalion is located at Brasoa-Basrtolomew and occupies the
barracks near the railroad station. This battalion ins composed almost
exclusively of Volkedeutsahes most of whom are natives of the region
of Sibiu. They are working on the construction of a now airfield
near Stalin (Brasov),
