1. On 23 June,2 leittenant colonels and 4 majors, all wearing black-bordered
wearing black-bordered red epaulets. Soldiers wearing black-bordered red
and black-bordered black epaulets were seen in Kattnersiedltng (settle-
ment).1
2. On 16 June 1955, 2 SU-76 guns, I armored half-track vehicle, at least 32,
possibly 45, motor vehicles and 4 field kitchens; and 2 lieutenant colonels
and 5 majors all wearing black-bordered red epaulets, 2 majors wearing
red-bordered black epaulets with artillery insignia and 1 major wearing
black-bordered black s aulets were seen near former.Landesanstalt in Mauer
Oehli . Truck with driver wearing black-bordered red epaulets, 25X1
truck and driving school truck B 9-85-09, with driver wearing 25X1
red-bordered black epaulets entered andleft the installation. 28 soldiers
with 2 officers, all wearing bladk-bordered red epaulets, practiced firing
position and aiming with 3 light machine guns at the training grounds norht..
east of the installation. 12 soldiers wearing black-bordered black epaulets
and carrying telephone equipment, 2 soldiers wearing black-bordered black
epaulets with signal insignia and equipped with portable radio sets, and 5
sergeants wearing black-bordered black epaulets with signal insignia march-
ed from.the training grounds to the Landesanstalt.2
