Although most of the Soviet-Rummaian enterprises (Sovroos) have been abolished, the control of Rrmanian enterprises tv Soviet officials has increased. The material aid from the UM which had been received during the time of the Sovromsi though in small quantities, has ceased. 2. After the definite oessation of excavation work on the Danube-Black Sea Canal, the Soviets demanded payment for all installations and the maohinet7 used in the project or vhich had deteriorated, as well as rent on equipment ehich was still operative.
