1. Between 1400 and 1800 on 17 August 1955, 29 Y ounted 25X1
at Aspern airfield. The weather was partly c14W- se, and
The ground radio stations had been removed. Sheds and lean-to roofs were
torn down and fuel tanks and temporary buildings at the fuel depot dismantled.
Only 8 to 10 trucks were observed
2. Between 1000 and 1030 on 18 August, 28 MiG-158 were counted at Aspern airfield.
Those was clear and calm weather and good visibility. Individual XIG-15s were
seen aloft. It seemed that preliminary work for the evacuation of the 25X1
airfield was completed. The Eniferest and Fishnet sets were dismantled, but
an vmbrella.tyse antenna had been erected newly. Truck
were involved in loading procedures at the field.

3. No changes were observed at the Foasr "Hems, for ASed Pam le" at Gross
Ensersdorf military post. An antem *M 1, ieacings instead
of an antenna with parallel bracimgs wet erected at the ratio station on the
southeastern edge of the town. An antenna set with a dipole girder in the
shape of a lying arose the arms of which were fitted with a vertical dipole
was also seen at the radio stations.
Comment. It appears as though Aspern airfield is to be evacuated soon.
