RD REFERENCES Development of Hungarian Bauxite Mine at Gant le On the basis of agreements which were reached through the auspices of the USSR for the reciprocal development of industry in Czechoslovakia and Hungary, Czech technicians have directed the installation of heavy machinery in the following places: a. In the bauxite mines of Gant, the largest in Hungary for the extraction of this mineral. They are located in the Vertex Mountains; and b. In the factory for the working of aluminum located at kjka. 2. It would also appear that Hungary has offered to furnish aluminum to Czechoslovakia in exchange for electric power.
