1. The CIA Incentive Awards Committee met on Thursday,
10 April 1956 at 10 A.M. in Room 2601, Curie Hall with
nresidi.ng. The following members or alternate were

Guests at the meeting were Chief CY/DSV,
Office of Conmunicationsy and member of the Special
Panel.
2. briefed the Committee on the policy changes involved
Tn the Staff Study entitled "Incentive and Honor Awards" which was
approved by the Acting Director of Central Intelligence on 31 March 1956.
3. A general. discussion was held concerning the need to expedite
processing of "Round Robin" cases recommended for non-adoption. This
resulted in unanimous approval of a new procedure which would allow con-
c-rrin{ signatures by any 3 Co rittee members, plus the Chairman's, to
constitute a etorum for disapproval.
4. The Committee approved awards in the amounts shown for the
fnllowi_ng employee suggestions:
