"Contact has been ande with the N eager of the RA S Building
Cafeteria with respect to instal .tion of a fog a coat valets.
After, a careful analysis of the situation by the Manager and repre-
sentatives of the SN&F l ran %/OL, It was coz .uded that existing
valets could be better utilized by ruing them.. For exarsple,
the two double valets were located in a ner rich preclu use
of both sides a

cost hangers. At the present time there are 158 hangers available
This ammnt is did sufficient to satisfy the m of 300 ra(vle
who can be seated at one ties. This statement is based on the fact
that employees located in Q r rs Eye and R & S Building do not
have to wear topcoats, etc o uben they go to lunch n The Vanager Indi-
cated that she would check each day and if the present facilities
are not adequate, two additional valets will be provided.
"It is reconesended that the suggester be given a nominal cash
award based on intangible benefits accruing to Agency personnel. In
