In an attempt to clear the driveway out of Quarters Eye dur-
ing rush hours, the suggester proposes placing a sign, just at the
right of the drive-out of Quaxters Eye, to read: "DO NOT BLOCK
DRIVEWAY" or "DO NOT BLOCK INTERSECTION".
B. :summary of Evaluations
On 8 May 1958, the Office of Logistics, stated: STATINTL
"The Park Police have concurred with the attached suggestion,
and are taking steps to paint the necessary street lines, and
furnish this Agency with appropriate signs,
"There is a question of how much attention the motoring public
will pay to these signs during the evening rush hour without
benefit of a policeman at the intersection. Park Police ex-
plained that they could not place a man at this point during
the rush hour.
"This suggestion, if it works', is considered of slight bene-
fit as it is limited to Agency personnel parking in the
Quarters Lye rear parking lot."

Suggester proposes a procedure for the replacing of cards in
the RID/lain Index.
g. ~;.~mmarv of Evaluation
The standpoint of RID is as follows:
"In order to realize the full benefit of this suggestion,
RI/Index has revised procedures whereby corrected cards
are received and processed in a deck separate from the newly
produced cards.
"The dual operation of filing the coxrected card (intermixed
with newly produced cards) and later pulling the oid card
through the use of corrected copyflo has been eliminated.
"The savings to be realized from the adoption of suggestion
58-516 ... are considered to be of limited application and
slight benefit."
