A. Summary of Suggestion
Suggester proposes that the shuttle bus shelter located
at R&S Building be turned part way around so that prevailing
northwest storm winds will not blow into the shelter.

B. Summary of Evaluation
On 28 July 1958, Chief, Admin Staff, OL stated:
"This is a reasonable suggestion and action will be taken
to relocate the shelter.
"Observation by members of this office also indicate that
many shuttle bus passengers do not utilize this shelter
possibly because they do not recognize or realize what it
is intended for. Construction of a sign reading "Shuttle
Bus Passenger Shelter" will be arranged by this office
and attached to the shelter.
"This suggestion has intangible value and will affect em-
ployees of R&S Building, students attending Training courses
in the R8S Auditorium and Agency employees in general who
are waiting for a shuttle bus to return to their offices
after eating at the R&S Cafeteria."
