Action Required: As outlined below
1. In an effort to reduce the workload required for the
processing, controlling, filing, and maintenance of papers, a
Non-Accountable Material Manifest, Form 1236 TEST'has been
developed. The purpose of this form is & ,cover for material

non-accountable, but yet requires disposition instructions.

for which there is a legitimate reason and which are required
