A, Sumary of Suggestion
" It is suggested that a bus shelter be erected (Similar to the
ones at Tempos I, J, K and L) for the bus stop at MS Bui .ing,
thereby allowing Agency eloyees to receive some protection while
waiting in inclement weather. Nearly all other Agency buildings
have some sort of protection available.
"The shelter could be erected inside the fence. Each night when
the gate was locked, the Shelter would be protected from acts of
vandalism. The traterial for construction should be taken from build-
ings where partitions are being removed, resulting in a small cost
to the Agency.
B. Summary of Evaluations
On 10 December 1957 the Office of Logistics stated:
"The ba sic ides, behind this Suggestion is not a now one.
Shelters for pereonnel were erected at certain bus stops
? oo ime ago. However, subject Suggestion ban protrtpted this
Office to send a reimbursable work order to the Public Build-
ings Service covering the erection of a shelter inside the
fence at the R&S Building location.
"It is recut nded that the Suggester be given a nominal
cash award based oa intangible benefits which vill accrue to
Agency personnel."
