On 24 May 1957, Chief, RI stated:
"The subject suggestion has been reviewed in the
Records Integration Division and is considered to be
worthy of adoption.
"At the time this suggestion was submitted to the
Suggestion Awards Committee, the form was drawn up and
put into use in the RI/Analysis Section. To date, this
form has proved to be of value as suggested.
"It is estimated that the savings resulting from
the use of the suggested form is ten (10) hours per week
aggregate for Intelligence Analysts averaging the grade
of GSi7."
