Nos. 1376, 1847, and 1937, and the progress of the discussion
to date, explaining that the C iittee had heard support for
a $109000 award and of position relative to a
$5,000 award. The Subco ittee was meeting to offer the in-

212cul- In the ensuing discussion explained that 25X1A
I,gn he recognized improvements gained as a result of these sug-
gestions, but that it appeared to him that the same budget
existed and the same number of people were at work. He agreed
the suggestions were deserving, but was puzzled as to their
value in terms of cash awards.
rdwim Continued discussion revealed that had 25X1A
ALM intended his position to reflect a $5,OO0 max uU per sug-
gestion, not the total figure for all three suggestions. He
agreed to withdraw his $S,QOO ceiling and that DD/P representa-
tives must weight the award consideration on its merits according
to their own convictions.
