I strongly object to the grouping of the Inspector General
together with the Assistant for Coordination, Executive Officer and
Cable Secretariat. I believe that the Inspector General should be
in a separate box. This chart makes a farce out of the statements
to the President's Board and to the President regarding responsibili-
ties and authorities of the Inspector General and the relative role
of that officer in the Agency.
