Q . I am intere z+~ ed in civilian aviation. Do you knova about th- t? What about their'
attempts to extend the civilian air network?
Always they were to have a civilian air force but during the -ar they should
use more for milivary. You know during the war we used Douglases for bombers
and for transportation. There is not a great plan now of building up c tvilian
aviation. They still care more for the military force....,they now make a four
motor transport, four engines -- Tupolav and Ilyushin,. dut they build two or
three airplanes a day, not more together,

A, Fifty percent is now. civilian -- very good flying. Not so well disci,.; iced
and politically educated.
Flora about the airport facilities?
This is okay, I think. But you know they chz~n;ed the airports -- they land
by radio --- this in all American airports. You have in Russia only a few of
them -- and now they change all airports,
