Rubber Plants - There were three plants, all in Riga. In 1938 they used 789 tons of raw caoutchouc (imported raw rubber). They produced; 432,813 pairs 438,472 pairs 867,073 pairs 188,923 pieces 176,297 pieces .90,076 meters 404,980 pairs and other products mostly for -- galoshes - overshoes -- boots -- !'rubber shoes -- cycle tires -- cycle tubes -- rubber hose -- rubber heels inland market. 4. Wax Cloth Production: 72,223 square meters 'Impregnated textiles -- 30,715 square meters. Dermatin -- 9,239 square meters 5. Super phosphate was produced at the factory in Milgravis (Muhlgraben) near Riga.
