which the person lives, but I do not know the issue proccedure0

35. "The Stems Pharmacies (fa cia de Stat) serve the following citirei
(a) In exceptional cases, State workers who have been enable to
fill their proscriptions at the ph? tmacie's of their enterprise
or in a city sector or sub-sector.
(b) Any citizens, regardless of social status, who possess a pre-
scription for dlicinee from a private doctor and who can at-
ford to pay for this prescription. Private doctors ,y only
write prescriptions on State Pharmacies. Private doctors are
not allowed to write prescriptions for drugs. The use, issue,
a distribution of drugs - atreptomycia, penicillin - is
led solely by state doctors attached to the various his-
pena niters, of enterprises or city sectors and sub-sectors
or to city hospitals. Thus,tate doctors, who have a private
practice apart frheir officials jobs - and most do - are
not alloyed when acting in their private capacity, to write a
prescriptionfor a drug for a person who is not within the
Government's field of labor, or a pensioner thereof, or a
fly dependent of a ;'fate worker or pensioner.

Any citizen with a diagnosed tubercular condition, mgt, regarl .es of social
origin and status,, have a periodic X-ray at the ' Dispensar-Circa of the city
sub-sector in which he lives. This X-ray is free of charge, even if the pa-
tient is a lreactional, private doctors ==to under lam', report all tuber-
cular cases- to their local Oispeneaar-Circa; failure to report brings heavy
penalties, perhaps arrest. All private doctors, and and Mate doctors acting in
private capacity, >amt?egister the personal data and address of any tuber-

possession of a Certifieat.die Paupertate - and thus not entitled to hospitalization
he t still awe monthly (free) visits to his local 78 Dispenser-Circa. He
receives no extra rations . The doctors simply want to check his status. I do
not know whether such a person is sent to a State hospital if his condition be-
cams severe and a threat, to others

A person not within the Government's field of labor who has a Certificate de

all cases they discover. They send a file on the pYrvon to his local 14
