Engineer Mogilev (fnu), chairman of the Soviet Reception Cominieeion said: "The T'eree fourth ship to by built by the Szczecin shipyard for the USSR. Each ship was better than the foregoing oneA This is the result of the continuous improvement of qualifications of the young workers at the shipyard."
