"A 'Department for Radio Propaganda in the Armed Forces of the Enemy' has
been established'at the 'Administration for Agitation and Propaganda' within
the Chief Political Administration of the Ministry for Defense.
2. "In peace time this department is engaged in preparatory work but in war time
its..mission is to give propaganda by radio in the armed forces of the enemy,
the idea being, to make them refuse to fight the USSR.and lay down arms.
"The Chief of the Administration for Agitation and Propaganda is Major-General
M. Mironov and the Chief of the Department for Radio and Propaganda is Colonel
