The President's Communications Policy Board has re-
ceived your letter of November 24, 1950, to Dr. Irvin Stewart.
The Board and the staff are grateful to receive your views.

I think it mould be highly desirable for you to des-
ignate a representative to discuss in more detail the basis
for the statements in your letter. If you will notify me the
name of such a representative, I would be glad to meet with him
and go further into these questions.
I am sure that Mr. Fred Alexander, Chief of the Fre-
quency Utilization and General Studies Group, would also be
grateful for the opportunity to discuss these and related mat-
ters in considerable detail..
