MEMORANDUM TO THE OPERATIONS COORDINATING BOARD
SUBJECT:. Amendment to the Terms of Reference for D-38, Etc.
1. In accordance with the decision taken at the Board
Assistants' meeting of January 8, 1954, there is attached the
approved amendment to the Terms of Reference for D-38 which were
approved by the Board and circulated by the lecutive Officer's
memorandum for the Operations Coordinating Board "Coordination of PSB
D-38, D-14c andD-15b...." on 3 December 1953.
2. Attention is also called to the Assistants' decision that
the working group would prepare specific courses of action on the
basis of the following priority: (1) France; (2) Italy; and (3)
Western mope as a whole.
