This is in regard to our conversation yesterday about
the distribution of the CIA section of the forthcoming PSB status
report requested by the President in Mr. Layfs memorandum to the
Director, P5B, of December 12, 1952.
It seems to me that the fourth paragraph of that memo-
randum is pertinent, If the CIA section is "particularly sensitive",
then CIA should include recommendations regarding its circulation,
as requested*
