Period: Annually, in connection with the NSC 68 and NSC UL reviews. Treatment: Treating the national psychological effort as a whole, without regard for stages of action within the PSB staff, and including evaluation of the effort in terms of objectives, policies, capabilities and limitations. Coverage: Status of the national psychological effort in relation to objectives contained in approved national policies, including status of implementation of approved objec- tives, policies and programs by the departments and agencies concerned. Progress since last status report in formulating and promulgating over-all national psychological objec- tives, policies and programs, with brief statement on scope of each plan: Plans completed and being executed Plans completed but not yet being executed:. 1.
