MEMORANDUM FOR: Mr. Wisner
SUBJECT: Agenda for NPSB Meeting lg December 1950, 1600 hours
For your information and guidance there are provided comments as
follows on the items listed on the agenda:
I. Presumably Mr. Barrett will raise these "matters" ab
initio.
II. This is the X-high Nth time that the so-called Korea Plan
has appeared on the agenda of the Board. The purpose of its
consideration today is to review recommendations for execution
of such portions of the plan as now may be appropriate. Such
recommendations have not been made available in advance.
III. General McClure has recently been much taken by the
possibility of use of Two meetings ago he
stated that he was looking into the matter and wanted to make
a few choice remarks subsequently. You may care to comment
following his presentation. I should imagine that whatever he
may say well may verge into the matters presently being handled
by NEA in OPC.
IV. A copy of this report is attached, and according to my
view, is a well written, highly provocative, timely piece. Also
