outlining his interest in intelligence work and particularly
his interest in engaging in psychological warfare work for the
PSB. He encloses a brief listing of personnel data reciting
his, qualifications.
We have answered that we have no job positions STATINTL
available to him and that we have referred his letter'to another
government agency who may advise him more definitely whether
there is an opportunity for him to work for the government,
Accordingly, we would appreciate your reviewing the subject's
qualifications and informing him, if you so desire, of his
opportunities for work in intelligence.
