1. reviewed the five items on the agenda..
2. Concerning Item 1 (Status of Reorganization Plans), it
was announced that General Smith has suggested a redraft of
C. D. Jacksonts letter which was circulated last week. Copies
of General Smith's comments are to be circulated and will be
given to you an soon as received, also commented
that Nelson Rockefeller has seen President Eisenhower and it
was reported that the President's idea is that the IlA be !'fixed

The one other item of note brought up at the meeting
was report on the brain-washing situation on which
is reporting in detail. I can only add that
reported that Mr. Allen Dulles is to give a speech th s F day
