SUBJECT : Material for Support Bulletin-
In accordance with our recent conversations, there is attached
a write-up of the recent 0 litigation which is suggested for
inclusion in the Support Bulletin;. As you know, one of the purposes
in going ahead with the litigation was the thought that it might have
a salutory effect elsewhere in the Agency if it were generally known
that the Agency will insist on collecting debts due it, even to the
point of undertaking litigation.
