SUBJECT . Review of PIC Vouchers in the Fiscal
Division
1. During our meeting of 29 September 1960, we dis-
cussed the possibility of having the Fiscal Division's
vouchers and payrolls dealing with PIC made available to
you,, even though we recognized the fact that you were not
authorized to review the PIC activity.
2. This proposal has been concurred in by the vari-
ous officials concerned with the understanding that no ac-
cess to PIC will be authorized.
