Subsequent to my letter of August 28, 1946 (B--59998), which
approved site audit procedures for the Central Intglligence Agency,
such procedures have been extended to include the 4udit of disburs-
ing officers, accounts current. Accordingly,, accounts current re-
flecting transactions for the month of July 1951, and thereafter,
should be retained by your Agency for site audit by approved repre-
sentatives of this Office.
