Because of the need for directing effort elsewhere, Mr.,
Neuwirth was authorized by the Director of Audits on or about
March 5 to do nothing about the subject audit assignment for
another six months.
At the present time, there is one man engaged.on this work
at the site. However, the work' in the subject matter is so
confidential that the auditor cannot discuss it with anyone
in this office.
Mr. Neuwirth was assigned responsibility for this audit
in the assignment notice of January 5, 1953.
