SUBJECT . 'IMF" Position Reductions Within
East Asia Division
1. The East Asia Division was levied a substantial
reduction in staff personnel ceiling authorization for
FY-1975. We have already identified those positions which
are to be deleted from our staffing complement to meet
this reduced ceiling. The majority of the positions to
be deleted bear the "D" (DDO) Career Service designation.
However, it was necessary to include a number of M$S desig-
nated positions.
2. The following is a summary of changes which are
to take place relative to "MF" designated positions in
East Asia Division as a result of our FY-1975 ceiling
reduction and reallocation of the revised ceiling:
