There is hereby estab- ,hed . the President's Foreign Izitelli- ce Advisory Board, The function of he Board shall be to advise the Pi esident with respect to the objectives and con- dict of the foreign intelligence and, re- led. activities of the United States which are required in the interests of foreign policy and national defense and security. etc. 2. In the performance of 'its ad- visory duties, the Board shall conduct a continuing review and assessment of all functions of the Central Intelligence Agency,' and of other executive depart- tnentss acid agencies - having such or sfmflar responsibilities in the foreign intelligence and relatedields, and shall report thereon to the President each six sYtoriths or more frequently as xieemgd appriate. The Director of Central In- telligence and the heads of other depart- merits and agencies concerned shall make ,Available to the Board any information 'with respect to foreign intelligence Mat- ters which the Board may require for the purpose of carrying out its responslbili- ties to the President. The information so supplied to the Board shall be afforded requisite security protection as- pre- scribed by the provisions of applicable laws and regulations. SEC. 3.
