There are * few key positions in the Central bstelligenc Agency

for physical disability. and physical disability would in most eases
be a disqualifying defect from the CIA point of view. Thus the Covers-
meat is precluded from utilising in a very inip4rtaat field the services
of certain highly qualified individuals In otiose training the United

to oar wz4k. not?.'estly in certain 4peratiAtal and technical fields but
also in estimates 4 1.reign military potentials.
