Request for Review and Policy Guidance

visited for the purpose of -iiacussinq
the proposed employment by his Company of two
former Agency associates. They are,
2. stated that he felt that the
proposed employment of these men would be mutually
beneficial but that he wished to confirm the
appropriateness of such action. -Hee further stated
that it was his wish, in order to avert any
misconception or subsequent criticism, to Eclear'
this action at the very outset in a straight-
forward and above-board manner with the orooer
authorities.

submit letters to the Contracting officer outlining
the proposed employment dates and a brief description
of the duties of the new employees.

for these men to represent his firm as participants
in contractual negotiations.
