MEMORANDUM FOR: Deputy General Counsel
SUBJECT Inspection of Documents
1. On 25 February 1974 Mr. of M reviewed
all of the documents we presented for his inspection. Copies
of those he desired were made available for his use. This
exercise was conducted in the Ames Building Conference Room and
was witnessed by Mr. (OL/Security Staff) and 25X1A
myself.
2.. Present at the outset of _ inspection for a dis- 25X1A
cussion of the applicable ground rules, were Justice attorneys
Katz and Miller. At that time it was pointed out that all
classified documents would be appropriately sanitized before being
released. This was accepted.
3. Under separate cover for transmittal to Justice I
am forwarding duplicates of those documents given to &M For 25X1A
the present, OL/Security Staff will retain the file. This will
contain appropriate notations identifying the documents released.
